Poor sleep can adversely affect everything from your looks and sex life to your ability to lose weight and think clearly. Specific intervention strategies for sleep issues depend on individual symptoms, causes and constitution but we’ll have a general discussion that will help you identify and troubleshoot.  You’ll then be guided through a practice designed to balance the nervous system using postures, breath adaptation and seated pranayama (breathing). Practice will end in time for Q&A.
